The new weather seal was easy to fit with silcone spray,job done before the wet season.

I had a bad concrete job done on my shed floor which leaked water every time it rained and fitting the seal we have had our 1st heavy rain and no leaks very happy

We recently has two auto garage doors fitted during the aftermath of Cyclone Albert. Prior to that our garage space was awash but with the concrete slab not being perfectly level, water still seeped under the doors. Welcome Garaseal! Easy to order at a reasonable price and arrived speedy as! We had a good test just one day after installing Garaseal, with driving rain against the garage doors and not one drop made it under the doors. What more can we say, it works!

I have used this product before. I found with longer lengths made now when unfurled it wants to stay in a coil, maybe it's made differently than earlier versions that I had found stayed flat when unfurled. I found a solution by laying it unfurled with heavy house bricks layed on it at intervals on a concrete path in the hot sun.
When installing, I found it needs to be fitted under the door and from the inside, pull the roller doors lower edge thats touching the rubber more towards the inside. You then need to try the roller doors 2 lock bars at this time while closed, the holes in the channels they slide into will need a couple of millimetres or more filed out of the holes to allow the bars to slide into them. I then run masking tape to where the rubber finishes inside, this tells you where to lay the rubber up to after laying the glue. The garaseal is really good at stopping water and dirt getting inside, it's a really totally worthwhile job to do to stop weather getting inside your garages or sheds 💯‼️👍

Not a single bug, leaf or bit of dirt enters the garage under the door anymore. This seal works a treat! Here’s a tip though, when planning your installation take the strip out of the box a good 24 hours before and leave it in the hot sun so it will be easier to use and set in place!

Wasn't sure if this product would be suitable but gave it a try..... glad I did.
The product was dispatched quickly, which is one of the issues with many online product suppliers. A really solid product and easy to cut. I was also impressed by the glue that came with it. After cleaning and preparing the surface, I glued the Garaseal to the concrete floor and maneuvered it into position. There was plenty of time to adjust. positioning. This stuff sticks exceptionally well. I let it sit for a day or so before driving over it. After several rain events that we have had here on the Gold Coast no water has entered the garage. N/B. Of course, you need to ensure the garage door has a good seal on the bottom of it to seal against the Garaseal.
Great product, make sure you get the glue with it though.

Fitting of the garaseal couldn’t be any easier and it certainly gives me peace of mind that the rain won’t get under the roller door. Looks good and works a treat.
