Wasn't sure if this product would be suitable but gave it a try..... glad I did.
The product was dispatched quickly, which is one of the issues with many online product suppliers. A really solid product and easy to cut. I was also impressed by the glue that came with it. After cleaning and preparing the surface, I glued the Garaseal to the concrete floor and maneuvered it into position. There was plenty of time to adjust. positioning. This stuff sticks exceptionally well. I let it sit for a day or so before driving over it. After several rain events that we have had here on the Gold Coast no water has entered the garage. N/B. Of course, you need to ensure the garage door has a good seal on the bottom of it to seal against the Garaseal.
Great product, make sure you get the glue with it though.

Fitting of the garaseal couldn’t be any easier and it certainly gives me peace of mind that the rain won’t get under the roller door. Looks good and works a treat.

My garden shed was flooding during heavy rain, mostly under the double opening doors. I had tried plastic sheeting etc to stop the rain water, but nothing stopped the water getting in. I have now installed the Garaseal in my garden shed, just inside the double doors and it has 100% stopped the water getting into the shed. I am really impressed with the glue supplied, it has fastened the rubber strip to the rough concrete perfectly, my shed concrete is not smooth like a garage.

Used the supplied soudal sealant with the garaseal hi vis seal. Was easy to use.

Fast processing of order and fantastic product used to stop the leaking under my roller doors and has worked perfectly
